1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Flowlyn Labs Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“Flowlyn Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which operates the ValeKit platform and related services.

By accessing or using ValeKit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

ValeKit provides valet parking management software and related services (“Services”) to businesses and organizations. The Services include mobile applications, web dashboards, analytics, and customer support.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

5. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice. Such changes will be effective as of the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ValeKit and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ValeKit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
